I don't know if I used it wrong, but it hurts my neck. I have a low pain tolerance, so it must not work with me. Glad this was affordable. I bought this after my friend told me she got better with her neck pain because of this massager:(

I don't know why it took so long to arrive. The customer service didn't give me any information. Luckily, the tabs worked fine. I was actually surprised at the price. It's great for daily work.

My friend requested this product for his wife, who had just given birth. He said this baby carrier is of better quality than other brands. It not only makes the baby comfortable, but it also makes the parents not quickly tired when carrying their little one. GOOD!
